FEES.
(1)SELLER: If your buyer wants to purchase your posted item through 6dLink payment system, the money you receive will be deducted a non-refundable service fee in the amount of 3.9% of the price. For excample, if an item price is $100, you will receive a payment of $96.10. We will hold the payment and will release it to you when the item is delivered or the buyer notice us to do so.
(2)BUYER: If you make a payment through 6dLink payment system, you will be charged a non-refundable 3.9% of the total transaction and a $0.39 fee, this fee is used for us to pay the payment processing company like PayPal. For example, if a purchase is $100, you will be charged $104.29. We will hold the payment and will release to the seller when you notify us or the seller shows the evidence that the item has been delivered and accepted by you.
(3)6DLINK.COM: 6dLink.com is the only authority when dealing with the payment and transaction and will make the final decision of release or refund the money when there is disagreement between buyer(s) and seller(s).
DISCLAIMER. MANY JURISDICTIONS HAVE LAWS PROTECTING CONSUMERS AND OTHER CONTRACT PARTIES, LIMITING THEIR ABILITY TO WAIVE CERTAIN RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES. WE RESPECT SUCH LAWS; NOTHING HEREIN SHALL WAIVE RIGHTS OR RESPONSIBILITIES THAT CANNOT BE WAIVED.
