CHANGE/RECOVER/FORGET ROADRUNNER PASSWORD
You must change your password regularly to protect your roadrunner email address from online threats such as hacking, phishing, etc. Code updates are distinct from code recovery. It is much easier to change your password than to restore your username. But, if you want to change your password, you need to login to Roadrunner.
Visit the login page for Roadrunner.
Click from the bottom on the Forget password reference.
You will then have two choices on the next page as shown below: "I know my email code and I want to change it."
"I don't know the password for my address."
If you select "I don't know my email password," you will be redirected to the recovery of Roadrunner's password.
You will be asked to sign in if you choose "I know my email password and I want to change it" option.
Use your email address, password to log in to the roadrunner.
If you haven't previously used the Roadrunner password reset tool, you also need to enter your Cable modem MAC Address.
First, the safety question needs to be answered. Note that your replies are case sensitive, so try typing the answers in exact letters in upper case and lower case.
Finally, for your roadrunner email address, you need to enter the new key.
Upon entering the new key, you're ready to go. After changing the password, you will be automatically logged out. Since changing it, you need to login again using the new password.
